Shadow of the Tomb Raider: My Favorite Franchise + Photo Mode = More Time Taking Screenshots

Shadow of the Tomb Raider: My Favorite Franchise + Photo Mode = More Time Taking Screenshots

I’ve been progressing slowly through Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and it’s been even slower thanks to the new photo mode and use of NVIDIA Ansel. Every time I step foot into a new location I’m quickly tempted to press Alt+F2 to enter Ansel and capture the beauty that’s in front of me. Once again, we have a Tomb Raider game that has established a gorgeous setting that constantly entices the player to pull out the camera no matter how exciting the situation.

I’m absolutely loving the journey thus far in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It feels like Rise, but creates a brand new atmosphere to jump into. I’m also greatly appreciating the story so far and character interactions between Lara and Jonah. It’s building up a grand adventure. Now the question is, will I finally push through and beat the game in the next day or two, or will it take me another week because of constantly opening photo mode? Either way, I’ll be sure to share more of my screenshots here and on my Twitter. 🙂
